Congratulations and well done to the 94 competitors for your terrific efforts in the.

 Wow, what a day!  This year’s Tournament went extremely well, with an excellent feeling amongst all students.  There was great support for one another on the day, with lots of chanting, taps on the back and well wishes for all efforts. 

For those who competed for the first time, well done! I hope the experience for you was a memorable one that you will learn from and appreciate.  To those students who have been in tournaments before, congratulations to you as well, I hope it was easier and not as “nerve racking” this time around.

Every student should be proud of themselves and regard yourself as an absolute winner, whether or not you received a placing trophy for various events, but more so for trying your best and actually competing.

Thank you to all the referees, scorers, and to the many other people who assisted in various ways.  There are numerous people required to make such a day a great success and to name all is too difficult.  So once again we thank you.
